Welcome to The Orchard of Abraham`s Children

The Orchard of Abraham's Children (non profit organization) was established in 2011 and is active in a vast range of fields for consciousness transformation in Israel and in the Palestinian authority. The emphasis is on human friendly and educational encounters for the sake of reconciliation and mediation between the children of Abraham. In our activities we integrate the Hebrew and Arabic traditions through projects of co-existence, conferences, festivals, co-education, art, music, ecology, sport and leadership development – all for the benefit of braking the barriers of fear and ignorance, reducing violence and developing respect between people and between people and the earth. In the field of education we have founded four bi-lingual Waldorf kindergartens in Jaffa. Our model is an inspiration in Israel and beyond. Currently, we are in the process of founding a primary school in the same spirit.

Our association is neither political nor nationalist; we favor a humanistic approach and spiritual internal work. Our method of work is based on the shared traditions of the children of Abraham (both past and present), and likewise educating them to accept the other, while creating a healthy society that aims at establishing a sustainable culture in our region. The 'Orchard of Abraham's Children' was funded by intellectuals, educators, physicians, athletes and organizational consultants from all religions with a vast experience in the reconciliation and mediation areas. .
